Assessor calibration

Getting assessors to score the same control the same way, so the number means something.

Two assessors looking at the same task will not, at first, give the same score. One counts a spotter as a control; one scores a guardrail with a missing mid-rail as present. Calibration is the work of getting assessors to apply the rules consistently, by scoring the same scenarios independently and arguing each difference back to the rules. GeneXR runs it in workshop 4 with four VR scenarios and live score comparison.
