Energy-based safety

You run it: IP licence

Deliver the programme yourselves: the licensed courseware, facilitator pack, activities and VR modules.

Book a call

Everything needed to run the programme yourselves, including a managed fleet of headsets that arrives ready with the facilitator app on a closed network.

For you if

  • You lead H&S for an organisation with fifty to several thousand frontline workers.
  • You will run the programme repeatedly across sites, shifts or contractor intakes, and want to own it.
  • You want evidence of what crews recognised and decided, for a board, an audit or an enforceable undertaking.

Not yet if

  • You want to try it first with one group: start with the facilitated workshops. A pilot rolls into a licence without repeating anything.
  • You want to understand it before raising it internally: read the case studies or book a call.

What is included

The programme

Four workshops of 90 to 180 minutes, each with VR, each built on the same flow: engage, explore, practise, reflect, wrap up.

  • Facilitator manual and a guide per workshop with timings, materials, activities and talk tracks.
  • Participant booklets, high-energy hazard cards and reference sheets.
  • The Energy Wheel and high-energy hazard exercises.
  • Assessment sheets and Direct Control calibration tools crews can use in the field the same day.
Certified trainers
Two-day certification for two to six of your people per intake: the four workshops as a participant, then as a facilitator, with assessed practice and a supported first delivery. Facilitation experience matters more than safety title. Annual recertification with the content update.
Managed VR fleet
Headsets loaded with the scenarios, charged, updated and replaced by us, shipped in flight cases to any site, one per learner plus a spare. A router and a small server travel with them; nothing connects to the internet and session data stays in the room.
Facilitator web app
Launches a scenario on every headset at once and shows live hazard counts by energy source, multiple-choice results, confidence ratings and an assessment score per headset. Your trainers see what each learner decided, not attendance.
Rollout planning and support
Sequencing, cohort sizing and reinforcement cadence, coaching for the first deliveries, support for the first ninety minutes of setup on each new site, and quarterly reviews with the sponsor.
Annual content updates
New scenarios, updated research, refreshed exercises. The licence stays current.

How it runs

  1. Scope. Sites, cohort sizes and cadence decide the fleet size and the number of trainers to certify.
  2. Certify your trainers. Two days with a GeneXR facilitator, then a supported first delivery.
  3. Fleet arrives. Cases ship before the first session. Your trainer connects the laptop to the router and launches.
  4. Roll out. More teams, more shifts, more sites, under the same licence. Assess, calibrate quarterly, report the score upward.

Questions

Is this a per-seat licence?

No. One annual licence for the organisation, however many facilitators and participants.

Do our trainers need a safety qualification?

No. They need to hold a room and be willing to learn the argument, not the slides. We assess facilitation, not credentials.

Can we use our own headsets?

Yes, where compatible. The managed fleet exists so you do not have to own, charge, update or troubleshoot devices.

What does the system record?

Decisions inside the scenarios: which hazards each headset identified and under which energy source, severity and confidence, whether a control was marked present, and each learner's assessment score. Not time on task.

Can our existing 3D site models be used?

Often. Common formats can be adapted into a custom environment, quoted per environment.

Who owns the materials?

The programme is licensed, not sold, and stays current through the annual update. Your customisations and records are yours.

Your trainers see what each learner decided, not attendance.
