What do you want built?

Scope a build

Make one decision from a scenario

MechanicalElectrical

You are about to clear a jam on a conveyor. The isolator is locked off, but the tag on the lock has someone else's name on it.

What do you do?

Not safe. That lock is not yours. Its owner can take it off and restart the belt with your hands in it.

Closer. Your lock, your control. But nobody tested for zero energy, and a tensioned belt can still move.

Right. Your lock, then proof it is dead. The scenario scores the decision and the order you made it in.

Pick one. In the headset, the consequence plays out in front of you.

  • 16 years

    in Unity, leading every build.

  • 10+ years

    designing immersive training.

  • 4

VR workshops of our own in use with crews, in Energy-Based Safety.

  • 7

products built in our own factory: three on the market, four we run the company on. More are on the way.

  • 2 weeks

between working demos, on a link your team can use.

  • Sprint 1

is when the AI goes in. It is part of the product, not added at the end.

What we build

For the task that is too dangerous, too rare or too costly to practise for real.

Software with AI in it from the first sprint, for the work that eats your team's week.

  1. Hazard spotting

Walk a site like yours and find what will hurt someone.

    GravityMotion

  2. Procedures

Isolation, switching and permits, in order, with the cost of a skipped step.

    ElectricalMechanical

  3. New equipment

Run the plant on a digital copy before the real one arrives.

  4. Emergencies

A fire, a fall or a spill, until the first minute is automatic.

    TemperatureChemical

  5. Crew drills

Several people in one scene, each with a role.

  6. Hard conversations

A character who answers back, before the real one does.

  7. Assessment

Every decision scored, so assessors agree and you have evidence.

  8. Something else?

If people have to practise it and should not practise it for real, it can be built. Scope a build

  1. Systems of record

CRMs and operational tools with AI that drafts, summarises and files.

  2. Field to report

Speak and photograph on site, get a finished report back.

  3. Practice and coaching

An AI character to rehearse the hard conversation against.

  4. Documents into data

Forms, emails and PDFs read and turned into fields a person approves.

  5. The spreadsheet that runs the business

Turned into software with logins, history and checks.

  6. Something else?

If the work is done but the paperwork is not, it can be built. Scope a build

Built for ourselves

The software factory

Product designers write the spec. AI agents build it in parallel. Tests run on every change, and an engineer reviews it before it ships.

The board is real work from the Moneyguide CRM. It is why each sprint ends in software you can use, not a status report.

Moneyguide, a financial advice firm, is moving from an off-the-shelf CRM to one we built around how its advisers work.

Who builds it

Learning design, Unity development and 3D art under one roof.

Questions

What does a build cost?

It depends on the scope, so the brief asks for your budget range. You get a written scope and price before any work starts.

Which headsets do you build for?

Standalone Meta Quest and Pico headsets. If you do not have a fleet, we can supply and manage one, as we do for Energy-Based Safety.

Can you use our existing 3D models or CAD?

Often. Common formats can be adapted into a custom environment, quoted per environment.

How much time do our experts need to give?

Most at the start, agreeing outcomes and the storyboard or the screens. After that, a short review of each build as it lands.
